The wardrobe
Clothes cut for a decade of wear
Knitwear spun in Biella, shirting woven in Portugal, and a fit block we have refined over nine seasons rather than nine weeks. Every piece is made in runs small enough that a single mill can hold the standard.
Fabric first
Four-ply merino, long-staple cotton and European linen — chosen for how they behave on the four hundredth wear, not the first.
Fully-fashioned
Panels knitted to shape rather than cut from a roll, so there are no raw edges waiting to unravel at the shoulder.
Mended, not replaced
Every knit ships with a matching yarn card, and our workshop will repair any Marlow garment for as long as we are trading.
