Delivery times, costs and our 30-day return policy.
Shipping
Orders placed before 1pm PT on a business day leave the studio the same day. Standard delivery is 3-5 business days and is complimentary on orders over $75. Express delivery is 1-2 business days. International orders ship duties unpaid and typically arrive within 7-12 business days.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier. You can also look up any order from the Track an order page using your order number and email address.
Returns
Unworn items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Start a return by contacting us with your order number and we will send a prepaid label for domestic orders.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange a size or colour is to return the original item and place a new order. If the piece you want is out of stock, tell us and we will hold one from the next run.
Faulty items
If something arrives damaged or fails in normal use, contact us with a photo. We repair or replace faulty pieces at our expense, regardless of when they were purchased.
