The terms that apply when you shop with Marlow & Co.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send the shipping confirmation. We may decline an order if an item is unavailable, if a price was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud.
Pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. International customers are responsible for any import duties charged on delivery.
Discount codes
One discount code may be applied per order. Codes cannot be applied retroactively, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless stated.
Product descriptions
We photograph products in natural light and describe them as accurately as we can. Natural materials vary in grain and colour, and slight variation between pieces is expected rather than a defect.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
